Terms of Service
These terms apply to all work carried out by Automotive Perfection Ltd, trading as AutoPerfect. Please read them before booking.

01About Us
These terms apply to all work carried out by Automotive Perfection Ltd (trading as AutoPerfect), Unit 28 Emerald Way, Stone Business Park, Stone, Staffordshire, ST15 0SR. By booking work with us you agree to these terms.
02Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are estimates based on the information and images provided. Final pricing is confirmed after we have inspected the vehicle or parts in person. Prices may change if the work required differs from what was originally described.
03Deposits and Payment
A 20 percent deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is applied to your final balance. The remaining balance is due on completion of the work before the vehicle or parts are released.
04Cancellations and Rescheduling
Bookings can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. For larger jobs we require at least 7 days notice to cancel or move a booking. Cancellations forfeit the 20 percent deposit. Once materials have been ordered specifically for your job, the deposit is non-refundable regardless of notice given.
05Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damage
We inspect and note the condition of your vehicle or parts at drop-off. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, corrosion, or defects present before work begins. Where work is applied over existing surfaces (for example wrapping or refinishing), the final result can be affected by the condition of the underlying surface, and we will advise you of this where relevant.
06Complaints and Rectification Process
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the work, you must raise the complaint with us directly so it can be logged and assessed. The vehicle or parts must be returned to us for inspection. We will assess the complaint, and any issue deemed to be an installer or workmanship error on our part will be rectified at no cost to you.
07Warranty
We provide the following warranty on our work:
- Installer or workmanship defects: must be reported within 7 days of completion.
- Installation-related material failure: must be reported within 30 days of completion.
- 12-month labour warranty: covers workmanship-related issues that arise within 12 months of completion.
Where a material fails and a manufacturer warranty claim is required, we will handle the claim on your behalf. In these cases the manufacturer covers the material and we cover the associated labour under our 12-month labour warranty.
08What Is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover: misuse, accidental damage, general wear and tear, damage caused by third parties, issues arising from the vehicle's pre-existing condition, customer-supplied parts or materials, or any failure to follow the aftercare guidance we provide.
09Aftercare
For all finish and cosmetic work (all services except servicing) we provide aftercare guidance. You must follow the relevant AutoPerfect Aftercare Guidance to keep your warranty valid. Failure to follow the provided aftercare may void the warranty on the affected work.
10Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
